Martin è un host gentile, preciso e facilissimo da contattare. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, noi eravamo lì per lavoro per cui era necessario che tutto fosse facile, e così è stato. Martin è stato presente per tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno, facendoci sentire a casa e sempre benvenuti. Logement agréable, dans une ville formidable. L’hôte était vraiment réactif et nous a conseillé pleins de choses à faire et voir. Le logements était parfait avec tout ce que nous avions besoin. Plusieurs petites consignes à respecter comme la consommation d’électricité et de gaz, mais une fois qu’on comprend ce qu’il faut faire, tout était simple. À proximité de randonnées extraordinaire. Je recommande ce logement à 100% pour votre séjour dans les dolomites.

Siamo una coppia, e abbiamo passato 3 notti in questo appartamento di montagna dove abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serve e anche di più. Molto apprezzati in particolare il posto auto riservato, la posizione comoda e il bagno ampio. Grazie Lea

Almost 1k for 1 night with only 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. But the scenery was amazing. I dont like the smell of cow in the morning but my parents enjoy it

Das Apartment ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man für eine Familie braucht. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler waren super praktisch. Die Lage des Apartments ist zum Skifahren top. Ruhig gelegen, nur ein kleiner Supermarkt am Ort, aber das war für uns genau richtig. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, blitzsauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Die Gastgeberin war total freundlich und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die zwei Balkone sind der Hammer, der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung war tadellos. Ich komme gerne wieder. Danke für alles

Wir haben im Mai 2025 eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Schon beim Betreten spürt man, mit wie viel Liebe und Geschmack das Haus eingerichtet wurde. Die moderne Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und alles ist genauso schön, wie es auf den Bildern versprochen wird. Besonders der herrliche Balkon und der Whirlpool haben uns unvergessliche Momente der Entspannung beschert – wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Auch die Gastgeber haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet: stets erreichbar, herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder, sobald uns der Weg erneut in diese wundervolle Region führt

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Waldeck super gut gefallen. Für größere Familien oder Gruppen ist das Haus ideal. Es ist super ausgestattet, grad in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Toll ist auch die Bar mit Tischkicker und Dart-Automat. Die Umgebung ist super ruhig, ein toller Kontrast zu dem doch sehr überlaufenen Achensee. Optimal um verschiedene Wanderungen zu starten. Wir können das Ferienhaus Waldeck nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Gastgeber sind auch total freundlich und hilfsbereit, egal ob es um Restaurantempfehlungen oder Wanderrouten geht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort einchecken.

Du Unterkunft von Sergio war sehr schön. Im Winter bei viel Schnee braucht man Schneeketten. Man hat es sehr ruhig und trotzdem sind Supermärkte schnell zu erreichen und um zur Sella Ronda einzusteigen fährt man nur 15 min.

Un posto meraviglioso dove speriamo di tornare! Abbiamo soggiornato per le vacanze di Pasqua insieme ai nostri due bambini piccoli e ai nonni. Tutti e sei ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ha un accesso comodo e offre tutte le comodità, sia all’interno che all’esterno, grazie anche al prato e alla vicinanza al fiume, raggiungibile in pochi passi, dove i bambini hanno potuto giocare liberamente. Balcone e stanze godono di una vista magnifica; il silenzio e la tranquillità ci hanno conquistati, pur senza darci la sensazione di essere isolati. I paesaggi intorno sono semplicemente da favola. Un grandissimo GRAZIE a Eligio e sua moglie, che ci hanno accolto con tanta cura e ospitalità. Sono stati sempre disponibili, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni esigenza e aiutandoci anche con alcuni piccoli inconvenienti che abbiamo avuto con l’auto.

Wir wurden herzlich von Alexandra begrüsst. Die Unterkunft ist super für Familien mit Kindern, da es ein extra Spielzimmer gibt und draussen eine coole Rutsche, die unsere 4jährigen Jungs begeisterte. was auch super ist, ist, dass fast jedes Zimmer eine eigene Dusche hat. in der Umgebung kann man tolle Sachen unternehmen: Wandern, klettern und das Naturbad in Wenns.

Very cosy and romantic ‘old school’ appartment in a chalet right on the slopes of cortina d’ampezzo. We had a great week and we enjoyed the location and the ambience of the appartment. The scenery is really breathtaking and you will not find a better location to stay! The bed in the living room was only suitable for people up to about 170 in length, so bring a mattrass if you are more then 4 people and not with children. Paolo and Norma are very kind people who helped us a lot when we were not able to make it in time for an early check in and who answered all our questions about ski passes etc. Thanks, it has been a pleasure to stay in la pocollina and we would happily return there again!

Beautiful house and surroundings. The view from the backyard is unmatched! And the house felt like home. Plenty of rooms for everyone in our group, with extra living space inside and out. The kids loved the board games and they kept them entertained between outings. We would absolutely stay there again!

Verenas Unterkunft war super. Traumhafte Aussicht ins Tal, Wanderwege und Skibus direkt vor der Tür. In der Wohnung war alles nötige vorhanden. Super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns mit 3 Personen und einem großen Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

The Valentina’s family apartment is great! We’ve been there for 9 days enjoing the area with our family. We really recommend it. The communication great and easy and the parents of Valentina are always there to help.

Posizione da cartolina, per gli amanti del vino. Posto adatto a camminate, ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la zona. Ogni nostra curiosità o richiesta è stata prontamente soddisfatta. Casa accogliente, una pecca, nel nostro appartamento, cucina un po' piccola e senza forno e microonde se non si ha voglia di uscire tutte le sere a cena.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is bright and well decorated, with a private terrace and an underground garage that were very convenient. We also appreciated the shared garden — fully enclosed, which was perfect for our dog, and ideal for enjoying the sun on the loungers. The view of the mountains from the garden was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very practical for cooking and included a dishwasher. The smart TV was also a nice touch and very convenient. Leonhard was very welcoming and made everything easy for us. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza presso l’appartamento di Alois. La signora Maria Luise ci ha accolti offrendoci come dono di benvenuto del succo di mele e del vino di loro produzione. Molto premurosa anche con la nostra bambina alla quale ha spesso regalato dolcetti e al momento dei saluti ha addirittura offerto la marmellata fatta in casa e caramelle. L’appartamento è situato in una zona facilmente raggiungibile grazie alle indicazioni del proprietario. Zona tranquilla ma a un passo da Bolzano e dai più importanti centri di interesse. Davvero molto pulito, nuovo e fornito di ogni comfort. I proprietari disponibili e tempestivamente disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Il panorama impagabile che si gode dall’appartamento ci ha regalato un emozionante ultimo dell’anno, potendo ammirare dall’alto i fuochi d’artificio su Bolzano. Che dire? This place was over the top lovely. Attention to detail, quality of bed and bath linen, very quiet and a 3 min walk from the center of town. The nicest place I’ve stayed in a very long time. Thank you Karin, for opening this lovely space to us.

Great place to stay in central Bozen walkable to the train station, oberbozen cable, main restaurants all within 10 mins. Clean place with extra towels and linens, Alberto was very responsive and accommodating. Balcony was nice and with a great view. Would stay here again if we’re ever in the area!
