Serdecznie polecamy pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom jest fantastyczny a mieszkanie w nim pozwala wczuć się w klimat miasteczka. Spędziłyśmy w nim bardzo miłe chwile. Taras jest zdecydowanie atutem tego miejsca. Simona wspaniale nas ugościła, była przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Kontakt stale był bardzo płynny i przyjemny, czułyśmy się bardzo zaopiekowane. Dziękujemy.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! È stato come essere catapultati dentro una favola!! l'appartamento davvero bellissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli!! Non c'è un granello di polvere, è molto fresco, silenzioso e con un comodo letto, abbiamo dormito benissimo!! La posizione è ottima, a piedi si raggiungono in pochi minuti i punti di interesse e i numerosi locali. Mario è un host gentile e reattivo. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura, non ve ne pentirete.

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Luca è un ospite educato, disponibile e diretto. la casa rispondeva perfettamente alle nostre esigenze e alla descrizione. La posizione è comoda per chi vuole godersi una base d'appoggio per poter visitare la provincia di Viterbo. sulla Cassia ma in posizione defilata per non essere infastiditi dal traffico. E per chi preferisca il treno è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Montefiascone. L'ambiente era pulito, ordinato e funzionale. Luca, come già detto, è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. 10/10

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

Matteo was a perfect host, who greeted us and walked us through how to use everything. He gave us advice on attractions to visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The dishwasher, wifi and washing machine all worked well. Parking was secure, just under the apartment. The location was near a lovely park, and about a 10-minute walk to the old town, which was beautiful. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the historic area, but also a very good kabob shop a short distance from the apartment. We really enjoyed staying in this unit, and our time in Viterbo. abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 maggio al 1 giugno 2025 la posizione e davvero strategica per raggiungere il centro della città a piedi e poi muoversi nei dintorni con comodità l'alloggio è ampio e confortevole ben pulito e attrezzato molto cindovil posto auto davanti casa a pochi passi anche la stazione FS ed un supermercato CONAD HOSTVgentile e disponibile per le info sul percorso e l'accesso alla casa oltre ad altre utili informazioni per il soggiorno la suggeriamo davvero per chi vuole organizzare un soggiorno in Emilio e Valeria questa località e visitare la Tuscia

Andrea é un host fantastico, il soggiorno é stato impeccabile e le comunicazioni facili e tempestive, non da ultimo ha gestito alla perfezione un inconveniente creato dalla persona che soggiornava con me.

Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

Wow - book this spot immediately! This gorgeous stone apartment feels like a private cave. We spent time on the (shared) balcony drinking wine we got right from the wine cellar in our building! Comfortable bed and nothing beats the view of the hilly countryside when you open up the curtains - truly magical! Luigi was a great host, giving detailed instructions and always responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort im Herzen von Pitigliano. Die Wohnung ist so schön und behaglich und ganz besonders - man freut sich jedesmal aufs nach-Hause-Kommen und will gar nicht wieder weg. Beatrice und ihr Mann sind super professionelle und gleichzeitig sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wirklich eine Empfehlung!

Excellent stay in Orvieto! Close enough to the center but far enough to not be loud in the evenings. Beautiful view as well!

The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Appartamento pulito, ampio e confortevole ,abbiamo alloggiato per cinque giorni e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali luoghi turistici. Abbiamo apprezzato il posto auto riservato. Sicuramente da consigliare .

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!
