I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

Basement apartment has its own entrance, access via main staircase. 32 m² apartment is beautifully cut, everything newly renovated. Small fridge, coffee, kettle, dishes, etc. are available, NO KITCHEN. A separate, shared laundry room is available. In 3 minutes' walk you can reach a supermarket, 3 bakeries, a kiosk, a bank, a bus stop, a field, a forest, etc. Connection to Mannheim, Weinheim. By car to BUGA in 10 m, Heidelberg 25 m, Weinheim 10 m, free parking
