The apartment offers 100 square meters of living space: The 3 bright single rooms are fully furnished. The rooms have beds, with rooms 1 & 2 having beds with a width of 140 x 200 cm, and room 3 having a bed of 120 x 200 cm. A fully equipped American kitchen is at your disposal. Family-friendly. A parking space for cars and bicycles is available. The proximity to cities such as Ingolstadt (15 min), Munich (55 min), Regensburg (40 min), and Nuremberg (55 min) can be reached by car/train.

I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. Ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. The lovingly furnished attic apartment, with the 9 m long "sunset balcony," is located at the end of the Hallertau and the beginning of the Altmühl Valley. Vohburg is a charming, historic ducal town right on the Danube and offers the ideal starting point for a wide variety of day trips by bike, motorcycle or car. The quietly located apartment, with a cozy living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large "wellness bathroom," has its own entrance.

The peaceful location surrounded by nature is perfect for unwinding and enjoying scenic walks. It’s also an excellent starting point for visiting nearby attractions and exploring the beautiful Altmühltal valley. Supermarkets and shops can be reached within a few minutes by car.

Depending on the outside temperatures (about mid Apr to mid-Oct.), the heated, private swimming pool invites you to relax. But also a wellness room incl. Sauna is at your disposal in the apartment. Are located directly on the Danube bike hiking trail in the catchment area of Ingolstadt.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Spacious attic apartment near Ingolstadt

The light-filled apartment is located on the top floor of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m2, offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside on the large loggia. A washing machine and a dryer can be used in the basement.
