Suburban villa

This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

The apartment is facing the countryside on the outskirts of the city and yet close to the tram with quick access to the city center or trade fair. It is a granny apartment above our apartment with its own entrance, parking and balcony. The apartment is especially suitable for 1-2 people, but the couch can be converted into a narrow double bed so that 3-4 people can be accommodated. There is a kitchen that is fully equipped.

Nice apartment in a central location

It's on the bottom floor of a quiet apartment building. 5 minutes by car to the highway 15 minutes walk to the stop of the S4 (without changing to the Cologne Fair and to the big Cologne Christmas markets) You need a shuttle service from the airport or train? Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hosts, we had a fantastic stay hosted by the lovely Mrs. Regina and Mr. Horst. The home is located in a very peaceful and highly residential area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Upon arrival, they warmly greeted us, gave us a tour of the immaculate two-bedroom house on the first floor, and explained all the amenities in detail. The house was spotless, with clean and almost-new blankets, pillows, and bedspreads. The bathroom was well-maintained and thoughtfully stocked with bathrobes, three different colored towels, fresh slippers, quality body gels and shampoos, and an ironing board. Fresh towels were regularly replaced during our stay. The kitchen and dining area were fully equipped with everything we needed - dishes, bowls, cups, and cooking utensils. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary treats, apple juice, milk, muesli, fresh fruit, and bottled water. Shops, restaurants, and public transport were all just a 5-minute walk away.

I was in Cologne Riehl for a training course. From there, I was at the accommodation in 25 minutes by car. Rosi was very friendly and I felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and I had everything I needed. I would definitely come back Thank you for everything. :)
