National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house are even from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located on a quiet street a stone's throw from IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

You can relax in our beautiful detached, fully furnished nature cottage. It is located on a quiet country road, surrounded by old oaks overlooking our (sheep) pasture. A cozy wooden veranda on the south-west, fully covered and heated with 2 wall heaters. So you can always sit outside and enjoy the beautiful skies and setting sun. Peace and quiet and lots of privacy. Due to the electric fireplace and floor heating, the house is also very suitable for the winter period.

The Overside

Have fun with the whole family in this stylish coach cottage. This cottage is located in the middle of the cities triangle Zutphen, Apeldoorn, Deventer where you can shop or enjoy on one of the many terraces. The area is suitable for hiking and/or cycling. Furthermore, you can experience a lot of water fun at recreation lake Bussloo less than 5 minutes by car. And for the children there is of course in Apeldoorn the Apenheul and the Queen Juliana tower.

Welcome to our idyllic IJsselhoeve. Here, in the middle of the Salland countryside, we have converted our former young cattle barn into 2 rural rooms. The name Het Stenenkruis is inspired by the Stenenkruis van de Eikelhof, a monument that has stood in our yard for generations and proudly tells the story of our region. On our terrace, you can enjoy the view of our meadows, while our curious cows keep you company all day long.

Very nice house in the center of Deventer in a quiet place and we can put a folding bed in the living room on the 1st floor. It is fully furnished with free wifi, towels, bedding etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. It is a city view protected property. Ideal house for a long stay of months for example expats for 1 or 2 persons.
