The detached B&B of Hoeve Nooitgedacht is no less than 100m2 and is - tucked away in the green - next to our old farmhouse. The cozy village of Eerbeek and the Veluwezoom National Park are very close. Here you can eat delicious food, shopping, hiking, cycling and horseback riding or do other fun things. Hanseatic cities Zutphen (10 km), Doesburg (11 km) and Deventer (20 km) are worth a visit. On two sides, the cottage has a private outdoor terrace with fenced garden, for lounging or eating outside.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The holiday home is located at the edge of the forest and within 20 meters you are in a beautiful piece of nature. The property has a lot of privacy and is located on a dead-end road and is surrounded by green shrubs such as rhododendrons and laurel shrubs. The house is located on a plot of 500 m2 so that there are no neighbors to be seen. The home was completely renovated in 2018 and meets all modern standards of insulation and cool installations.

From here there are many starting options, e.g. hiking/ cycling along the IJssel, a day in the Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. In peace and quiet, enjoy the Timpaan (opposite the famous hotel De Keizerskroon) in the coach house, within walking distance of Het Loo Palace and the Kroondomeinen. But above all, rest and enjoy. After a night of excellent sleep on the comfortable beds, you just have breakfast in morning tue on the terrace in your own private courtyard garden. This terrace is only shared with the birds. Cozy cottage, close to forest and city center

Our wooden cottage is newly refurbished and tastefully furnished. It features its own entrance, with parking, private bathroom and kitchen. And it is all full, such as television (Netflix), good coffee, etc. The forest and palace het Loo are within walking distance, but so are the city center with restaurants, theatre and cinemas! There is the possibility (when we are at home) to order a breakfast, with homemade bread. Of course for a small additional cost.
