From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky, as well as a wide choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the swimming lake to visit. A cottage in a very quiet, peaceful area in Kołczewo. Just 2 km to the beach entrance and 1 km to the large Koprowo Lake, the forest begins right behind the fence. Nearby: Międzyzdroje 12 km, Wolin 20 km, Świnoujście 31 km. A large, beautiful plot with many trees, a playground and a sandbox. There is a barbecue, a fire pit, basic kitchen utensils, and parking. Steamer/ MS Templin/Houseboat

The MS Templin, a 100-year-old historic motor ship. The MS Templin was built in 1925 by the Ertel shipyard in Woltersdorf. It is a so-called single-decker ship, 19.90 meters long, 3.38 meters wide. The MS Templin for overnight stays for 2 people. There is a cozy bed and 2 sofa beds. 2 outdoor areas, a fireplace, a reading corner, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchen with toaster, kettle, stove and a small refrigerator. Pure nature (ducks, spiders, fish, mosquitoes).

There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. It is surrounded by dense forests and at least 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, tranquility, a wooden sauna with a bucket and stunning views over the alder forest.

In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!
