Manira House - a unique apartment in the heart of the Vipava Valley, is a unique artistic accommodation in the historic village of Vipavski Križ. This meticulously restored, over 500-year-old stone house, combines traditional architecture with modern elegance and artistic flair. Every corner of the house is adorned with works by Slovenian artists, which you can also buy and take away as a lasting memory. Stunning, over 100 years old stone barn, meticulously renovated, furnished with vintage pieces, located in a peaceful village in the middle of the upcoming Slovenian wine region. The fully furnished kitchen with all amenities and dining table area is located at the entrance, while the sleeping premises (one queen size bed and day-bed sofa for 2 and bathroom with a bathtub are on the upper level in an open-space attic. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The new cabin is situated at a pacefull location the end of the willage Črni vrh (Black pick). The unspoilt nature away the city bustle but still close the willage conjures up a unique experience. Here you can enjoy the peace quite and fresh air. But you can also explore the surroundings, ride, bike, hiking and ski in the winter time at the local ski center Bor. Črni vrh located in the middle of betwen Ljubljana, Idrija (UNESCO heritage), Vipava, Ajdovščina in Nova gorica. (ONLY ONE PET)

The apartment is in a private house on a slope above the city, in the immediate vicinity of the forest and hiking trails, and not far from the paraglider runway. Vanaf ons huis, gelegen op een heuvel aan de rand van het dorp, kijk je uit over de prachtige vallei en kun je genieten van de rust en de natuur. De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor boodschappen of een drankje.
