Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Within walking distance: lido, popular restaurant, bus line (runs daily but not hourly ;-) Here you will be: Tettenhausen, a district of Waging, is a climatic health resort in the beautiful Chiemgau region. We are located directly on cycling and hiking trails. Ideal starting point for many excursions by car: ca. 30 km to Salzburg/Chiemsee/Ruhpolding and 50 km to Berchtesgaden.

The apartment with 90 m² can accommodate 4 people. The center of Waging is 5 minutes walk away and the lake is 15 minutes walk away. Fully equipped kitchen, a cozy and large living room, dining area, a smaller room, a bathroom with shower and tub as well as a guest toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor. On the terrace you can relax in a lounge set. The large garden can be used. A secure parking space for bicycles and a car parking space.

Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
