By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.
