This modern and generously furnished chalet for 16 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste, with a sauna and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! Summer on the Alm! The apartment is located at an altitude of 1650 m on the Gerlos plateau. Two parking spaces are available for you right outside the door. The house comprises two apartments with separate entrances. The living space of the garden apartment is 75 square meters with 2 bedrooms, individually and cozily furnished. A traditionally paneled living room with a glazed bay window. The sheltered south terrace is particularly beautiful.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
