From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are spread over 4 floors.

From the hall you enter the bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski area with ski boot dryers and the sauna and summer the bikes can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.
