Egal ob wandern, langlaufen, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen, alle die die Natur lieben sind hier genau richtig. Rundherum befinden sich Wanderwege und Loipen. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Shepherd's wagon overlooking a sheep pasture

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Die Ferienwohnung am Beginn einer Sackgasse enthält eine ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa (man schläft auf richtigen Matratzen) und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Vom Balkon aus hat man direkten Blick auf den Dreisessel. Der Geh- und Radweg beginnt direkt vorm Haus. Achtung: Nicht für Tierhaar-Allergiker geeignet. Für Kinder unter 6 Jahren für mehrere Tage weniger geeignet, als Zwischenstop aber perfekt. Kurtaxe inbegriffen.
