Magical vacation barn in the "Alte Ölmühle" estate

Our "Alte Ölmühle" is located in Engen-Anselfingen, in the Hegau and in the midst of a volcano and castle world in the west of Lake Constance. We expanded our vacation barn in 2022 and renovated it in the charm of the old farm estate with lots of wood and luxury. Starting in 2022, we will rent the entire barn with a large kitchen and common room, from where 3 units with 2 rooms and a bathroom each will branch off. We offer many extras on our horse farm with an idyllic stream and schnapps distillery.

The village of Wiechs belonging to the town of Tengen is located in the volcanic landscape of the Hegau in the district of Konstanz. Centrally located between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Switzerland, the stay offers unforgettable excursions by bike, car or on foot. The friendly, newly furnished apartment with a view of the Hegau offers space for up to 3 guests for a relaxing holiday on approx. 65 m². In the bathroom is a disabled equitable shower, urinal and floor heating.

Wohn/Esszimmer mit heimeligem Unterdach Balkon wo das kuschelige Bett sich befindet. Durch den kleinen Korridor kommst du zum WC/Dusche. Du hast einen eigenen Sitzplatz mit Sicht in Garten. Parkplatz ist auch Vorhanden. Auf Wunsch, machen wir dir ein regionales Frühstück bereit. Wir freuen uns auf euch

The apartment is in a quiet area, the oldtown can be reached within a 15 min. walk. The Stadtgarten is one of Freiburgs most frequented parks with a Café, known for its very good coffee, a wonderful playground and lots of greenspace to get to know the Freiburg way of life. If you enjoy nature and the woods, you may want to hike up the Schlossberg and get an overview of the city, the hiking track starting almost at your doorstep. Taxes are included in the price(5%).

We are an uncomplicated, cheerful family and look forward to providing you with a cozy home during your stay. The apartment is a studio attached to the main house, with a private entrance, a beautiful garden and a garden lounge for shared use. It is a 5-minute walk from Oberglatt train station with direct train connections to Zurich main train station in 17 minutes. Kloten Airport is 19 minutes away by public transport and about 10 minutes by car.

Our beautiful holiday home is in a quiet outskirts location surrounded by meadows and forests. A good starting point for hiking or enjoying nature. There are horses in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a dining room with kitchenette, sofa bed and wood stove, a large living/bedroom with sofa and double bed and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Television is possible via Firetv.

The proximity to nature offers animal and nature lovers a corresponding environment for relaxation and recreation. Our farm is located 2 km outside the village and there is no through traffic - Ideal for your family vacation!

Beautiful guest house with magnificent views

Forget your worries in our spacious and serene space. Our large guest house can accommodate up to six people in two large rooms. A large open kitchen, a cozy sitting area, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and a balcony are at your disposal. On request we can prepare breakfast or dinner for you. The Schartenhof is located in a small valley basin directly below the Gempenturm.
