The house is located close to the historic old town in a very good, quiet residential area with a beautiful garden. View of the city of Waldshut and the nearby Rhine. A few minutes' walk to downtown. Waldshut is located on the border with Switzerland. Also ideal for installers, commuters, and doctors. The clinic is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Living room with Smart TV, bedroom/one small room with a sofa bed for a possible 3rd person.

House on the Albsteig - apartment with garden

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
