Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! Perfect accommodation for quiet and relaxing days in the dreamy Waldviertel. Two donkeys, a couple of chickens, and two ducks can be observed daily from the garden of the property. In less than 15 minutes by car, Lake Ottenstein invites you to swim or the Ottenstein golf course with restaurant to enjoy. Inn culture, castles, palaces and local businesses are very close.

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Unwind and relax with the whole family - in this spacious and serene place by the forest. Relax in the fresh air, hiking in the Blockheide Nature Park or swimming/fishing in the nearby pond. The nearest major city is Gmünd with a spa, outdoor pool and shopping center, as well as inns for your physical well-being.
