Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Modern and bright apartment with spacious terrace

Welcome to Kempten in a charming apartment with a spacious terrace. On 65 square meters, guests can expect an exquisite experience: A modern spiral staircase leads to the pleasantly cool bedroom, perfect for summer months. The apartment impresses with its brightness, an extensive terrace with city views and soothing underfloor heating for colder days. Located on the outskirts of town, the center is just a 20-minute walk away. A retreat that combines urban proximity and privacy.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Modern flat w/ensuite bathroom and kitchenette

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.

Panoramic suite with balcony

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Recreation in the Allgäu

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 people (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.
