I rent out a nice little apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

Enjoy the special ambience and comfort in this historic house from 1753. The children's star Tom Palme, known from KiKA (ZDF), designed the idea for Mein-Herzenshaus together with the Hamburg artist Shola Feldkamp. Each apartment has a specific heart theme and pictures were specially designed and staged for this purpose. With a lot of love and heart, this sensitive and homely atmosphere of the apartment of power was created in the "Mein-Herzenshaus" (My Heart's House).

Hofstetten Castle / Ingerle Hermitage

Here you walk in the footsteps of the builder Johann Euchar Schenk von Castell. History can be experienced up close. All rooms still have the original stucco ceilings from 1694 and some even have the original plank floors from the 17th century. This apartment is located on the first floor of the approximately 800-year-old former medieval moated castle. (District of 85122 Hitzhofen)

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

Spacious attic apartment near Ingolstadt

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
