Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Walton County

Wonderful house, good location, a few minutes from the ocean, a place for a quiet and family vacation.

Book you won’t regret! House was equipped with everything you need. Home away from home. Host was very responsive, had an issue with the upstairs air and Mr.Scott came right out had it going in no time. He also gave great recommendations about activities and restaurants near by. Kitchen was fully equipped which is something you don’t regularly see and a Airbnb. We enjoyed our time.

Place was amazing. Location was amazing. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. Little pricey but it was a great place to stay with a large group. Plenty of room for everyone. We had 15 total.

Loved our stay here! Perfect for our family. My only 4 star was on communication as overall it was great, however, expect at least an hour delay in response and know that they operate during business hours only for non-emergency stuff. Oh, and FYI - you don't communicate with "Ryan" but rather a property mgmt company. Not an issue. Just took me a min to figure that out. :) Pro's: The place was well kept, clean, everything felt newer, great layout, nice neighborhood. Heads up: they provide minimal toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags; check-in time is late in the day (5p); association has a lot of rules that you'll need to learn/understand; no issues with any of these things and would not consider them "negatives" on the listing. I still give it a great rating as we loved it. Just would have appreciated a heads up on these things more specifically going into our stay.

The house worked perfect for our group !! The beds were very comfortable. The pool and backyard were beautiful. The hammock was a huge hit. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was beautiful. The host was very quick to reply to our questions. We will definitely return to this house.

The house was very nice and clean! It’s huge and well furnished. The kitchen comes equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, really anything you would need to make meals there! There are several beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we did not see in the listing. It was nice to have the golf cart to pack everything to the beach. The cart did get a flat tire since there is construction in the neighborhood and they came right out when we called. The construction is not around this house so no issue with noise. We had a really nice vacation. We’ve never stayed any place with our own pool because we tend to stay at the beach, but it was really nice to be able to come back in the afternoon and enjoy it. We would recommend this place for sure!

The house is exactly as described. Quiet, private neighborhood. Fit a big group perfectly. Walking distance to just about everywhere and the golf cart is a plus.

Sunnyside is an incredible area for a relaxing vacation, it feels like your own private beach estate! The beach is top notch and not crowded at all. We are already planning our next trip for later in the year!

The location is great and the neighborhood quiet. Since we have little kids, we rented a golf cart (6 seater golf carts pay to park via the HOA) to get to the beach. A few things just to note: place too small for a dining table or coffee table, there are no beach towels, and only thin coverlets on beds with no extra bedding or blankets (perhaps could request but we just ended up grabbing a cheap blanket at Walmart for our cold sleeper). Kids loved the pool. I loved walking to coffee, dinner and ice cream maybe 50 yards out the front door!

The condo was fantastic and way better than described or shown in the photos. It was completely updated and had more than enough room for everyone. Andrew was attentive and friendly.

Amazing place to stay! The host was willing to be flexible and also very communicative when I had a question or concern. I would stay here again if I’m back in Florida. Everything was peaceful and private which was another plus. Nothing seemed too far from reach and it was just overall breathing. Took advantage of the patio early in the morning with a cup of coffee and it was heavenly. Loved loved loved it!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was spacious and fantastic. Hated to have to leave!
