We live in the main house and renovated our carriage house for guests to enjoy our secluded yet convenient location. Your balcony enjoys views of the Pt. Washington State Forest. You have a private entrance, full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, modern bathroom, and 2 cruiser bikes. This is the perfect couple's escape with luxurious accommodations.

Perfect romantic getaway for a couple. One bedroom carriage house including full kitchen and bath. Park your car when you arrive and never need it again. Faces a boardwalk that takes you directly to the gorgeous gulf--a four minute walk. Everything you would find in a fine hotel room, but with the ability to make your own meals when desired. You will have access to all of the community pools and of course the beautiful beach of Rosemary. You will be two quick blocks from shops and restaurants.

The house is located in a secluded area off Scenic Highway 30A, about 1/2 mile from the Beach access at Stallworth lake. We are at one of the most pristine beaches in the area, adjacent to the Topsail State Preserve, with many hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, canoeing, kayaking and paddle-boarding options. This location has easy access to all the shopping and amenities of highway 98, yet close enough to bike to the action at Watercolor, Seaside and Grayton Beach.

This light and cheery retreat is the perfect location for a getaway. This little slice of heaven is close enough to the beach to walk there in 5-10 minutes yet far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the beachfront to be able to come back and relax. The fully equipped kitchen is small but mighty and ready for you to cook to your heart’s delight. At the end of the day you will love to drift off to sleep in the comfy queen size bed and cotton sheets. Pure bliss.
