Waterfront holiday rentals in Walton County

The room had a beautiful view and a large balcony.We saw some dolphins a few times,and some stingrays from the balcony.The room was clean and exactly as described.Alex was wonderful and responsive when we had any questions.He also allowed us to show up a hour early.We had our own stuff,but if needed there is a closet full of umbrellas and beach toys.I would definitely recommend this place to anybody,and if I come back to pcb,I will likely try to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay and can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment we walked in, it didn’t feel like a typical rental property. The attention to detail—from the quality of the towels and pillows to the furniture—was so thoughtful and truly made it feel like a home. You can tell a lot of hard work went into remodeling and creating a welcoming, comfortable space. A huge bonus for us was that chair rentals were included, and the laundry room was conveniently located right next to our condo—we definitely made good use of that! We also appreciated the visible security presence throughout our stay; it felt safe knowing they were regularly walking the parking lot and pool area.

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

Overall, this condo was a 10/10! Beautiful and peaceful location, steps away from the beach and Roysan’s condo had more than enough space and amenities. My only complaint would be around the dirty dishes and items in the kitchen, but overall, I would love to visit again and I am thankful for such a responsive and attentive host!

This condo stood out from others because of the location and surrounding beach! There aren’t a bunch of high rises so the beach is wide open! It’s close to restaurants and fun activities! Great parking and loved having a huge balcony to enjoy every morning and every evening. We will definitely be back because the location was so great and Nina was so quick to respond to all my questions

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well kept and offered a sense of relaxation. It had an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping places. Thank you for a great time.

Such a beautifully updated space with some of the best views around! The condo could not have been better-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was quiet, cozy, and immaculately clean. The pool AND beach access with chair service was such a huge bonus for not having to lug chairs and umbrellas down each day. The location is minutes from Seaside and Watercolor and just a short drive to Alys, Rosemary, etc.—we ate the best food and shopped like crazy and were never more than 10 minutes from the condo! Sarah Beth was so accommodating and always quick to respond. We definitely hope to come back in the future!

Paula was a great host and very friendly with a quick response time. Her unit looked exactly like the pictures and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach front balcony had the perfect view of the beach and pool area. We would definitely rent from her in the future.

We booked this house for a last second stay-cation. Thus, booking options were limited in the Blue Mountain beach area. Normally I seek a place directly on the beach, but gave Edward's place a try. HOLY COW, I am so glad we did!!!! This little gem was fabulous! The lake offered a peaceful sanctuary to swim and fish, with great sunrise views. The beach was only a brief 5 minute walk to a low-key, non-crowded area of emerald waters! We toted our bicycles and enjoyed rides to the local ice cream shop and Redfish Taco. The house arrangement allowed for a spacious, cental gathering spot. The bedrooms offered comfortable beds. I wish we could have stayed longer! There's no doubt that Edward's place will be our new local beach spot get away!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. Nancy is a great host! 💫 The view was so nice especially to watch the very common occurrence of lighting! ⛈️ Just as an FYI, we didn't realize we'd be taking the toll road to Destin so keep that in mind ($4 each way). 🤑 The bed was new, but way too soft for my husband and I... Caused us to sink into each other and unfortunately, lead to uncomfortable/minimal sleep. 🫤 Lol we also didn't realize it's a sliding barn door to the bathroom so one of us would go outside to ensure privacy 🤫 We still really enjoyed our stay and leveraged MANY of our hosts recommendations from her guide book! 🤗

Host is very responsive. Home is within walking distance to the beach and it’s a short little walk.

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay! Cassie was great and very responsive. Space was clean and just like the pictures. We also loved how close the beach was!

This place is fantastic. The house, furniture, and appliances were luxurious and comfortable and of top quality. The location and setting spectacular. Everything was great, beyond expectations.

Mina was amazing! She responds within a few minutes or immediately. This place was amazing! It is right on the beach and we even had two chairs and an umbrella waiting for us every single day that was included. The kitchen had anything anyone could want. It was squeaky clean and beautiful! The recommended restaurants were great! The shopping was very close to the Pottery Barn. Mina even had beach towels and boogie boards for us. Everything was exceptional. The view was phenomenal and the sand was gorgeous. We had an absolute great time and everyone was friendly. Loved this one and will definitely go back. I would love to go back again this year. We had such an enjoyable and restful time. WiFi was awesome! Everything was great!!! Parking was right outside the door. Check in and out was easy as could be. Instructions were given and you didn’t have to worry about anything. The best place ever to stay!!!!! We will be back.

My family had a wonderful stay, and can’t wait to visit again! Everything wasn’t great, any questions they was quick to respond. We had a wonderful time playing games, pool access with the lunch bar so made it easy when I didn’t want to pack a lunch for the pool or beach I could purchase there. Private beach entrance, and walking distance to restaurants so no hassle to park. Everything was clean, and wonderful in the condo!

We loved the place, the view was perfect of the ocean and the city. The apartment was very clean. The accommodations were perfect. The building was easy to find. The staff treated us very well. I loved the kiosk bar in front of the sea. I highly recommend it to everyone. We will be back soon.🤗🥳

Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views of the beach and was peaceful being on the corner. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were great, has everything you need and then some! It was spacious as well. Would stay here again! Mira was very accommodating and a great host to us!

This was my first time staying in Seaside, and this condo did not disappoint. The location was amazing. Literally steps from the beach. The condo itself was perfect for myself and 2 teens. It was very clean and tidy. Tricia was always super responsive and also helped me to find a local gym. I can see why this one has lots of 5 star reviews. If you are trying to decide, choose this one. You won’t be disappointed!

April guided us through the check in process ahead of time and everything went smooth. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was great looking over the beach from the balcony and looking over the lake from the other window. Great place to stay. It was very peaceful and quiet. April answered and responded to all texts and questions in a very timely manner. April is a great host and we would definitely stay at her place again.
