Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. There are 3 outdoor seating options in total - 2 terraces and a veranda overlooking the countryside. The cottage offers every comfort in a small space (3 levels) and impresses with its seclusion and uniqueness.

Klara's vacation home with its unique charm has been on the Neuffen city wall for over 100 years. It is right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3 room house with simple but loving equipment is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Thermalbad Beuren/Open Air Museum Beuren/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets are close by.

It is very easy to reach (whether train, bus or car) and is close to the city. You can park for free in the immediate vicinity.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

In addition to the beautiful surroundings, which invite you to hike, cycle and discover, the house offers plenty of space to relax, just be and unwind. The sunny terrace and a spacious garden area invite you to do so. The house has a separate entrance that is only used by guests and parking at the house.

Im "Atelier" vermieten wir seit 18 Jahren 4 individuelle Zimmer, teilweise mit eigenem Bad und Küche. Insgesamt Platz für max. 8 Personen. Mit Küche und schönen Terrassen. Preis gilt für eine Nacht bis zu 6 Personen bei mindestens 2 Übernachtungen, an langen Wochenenden usw. ab 3, Weihnachten/Silvester ab 5 Übernachtungen. Nicht geeignet für partyartige Feiern wie z.B. Junggesellen/innen-Abschied.
