Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Watts Bar Lake

Great place to stay . The scenery is lovely , peaceful great family neighborhood. The house was spotless and the pictures did not do it justice . We enjoyed the snacks left by the host it was a nice surprise as well as the beautiful cared for home ,and the water toys provided . Would definitely come back .

Location: The place was only 6-7 minutes from each downtown location that we experienced. Not only was the location incredibly accessible and convenient it was still (somehow) quite secluded and private. This is a hard feat to accomplish in a mid-size city, but this house provided that as well. The venue: The house feels like you're walking into a living art installation. From the handpicked decor to the mid-century art pieces the entire house feels like a complete departure from our current time line. Amenities: The house came fully stocked with seasonings, toiletries, and all of the necessary utensils to prep meals. The house also came with a basket full of snacks, which was a nice compliment. The only things we needed to bring were olive oil and the food. Overall: Great experience. My only *bummer* is that I didn't capture a full walk-through video of the venue for my own personal memento.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The area is beautiful and peaceful. The house was clean, and this is the first time I’ve written this for an Airbnb, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was well stocked. We were given a list of recommended restaurants, there were kayaks and life jackets for us to use, and the hosts were overall accommodating. We had a request and they called and explained where to find what we were looking for; they were extremely kind. My family will be sure to come back and we highly recommend booking here.

This home is exactly as pictured! It’s absolutely lovely. Our family felt comfortable, it is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The owner has done an amazing job with the decor, amenities, and just overall making this charming home a great place to stay. I highly recommend!

Absolutely Loved staying here!! Will highly recommended to friends and family when traveling to Knoxville

There are 2 beautiful houses on the property which work perfectly for traveling with extended family and friends or for rental of only one of the houses. The houses are new and thoughtfully designed for family living and relaxation inside and out - the decks are huge and make perfect extensions of the living space! Children of any age would love the place and the back entrances of the houses are accessible for people with limited mobility. Our toddlers loved the creek running through the property and the waterfall and fire pit areas are marvelous. The kitchens were wonderfully stocked with dishes and cooking pots and pans - even an air fryer! There was an old style arcade video game mounted to the wall in both houses - fun! We made day trips to the mountains and enjoyed family dinners on the porches. This is the perfect vacation spot and we will definitely be sharing the location with others and coming back ourselves! I have a brother who lives in the area. This is my 3rd or 4th stay here. I love the cabins. The cost is very reasonable. It’s always clean, comfortable and peaceful here and I’m able to bring my dog.

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Maryville, TN. The location was easy to find. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. My host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. We absolutely loved our stay in this enchanting home! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm and inviting, like a true sanctuary. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and serene, far beyond our expectations. I was genuinely surprised by the natural beauty surrounding the area; the lush greenery and vibrant wildlife created a calming ambiance that allowed us to fully unwind. We were so grateful to have the opportunity to recharge for a few days in this haven. Conveniently located near Oak Ridge, it was ideally situated for our needs, and we appreciated the proximity of several supermarkets. This made it easy to stock up on snacks and microwaveable meals for our stay. One of our favorite aspects of the home was the charming bookshelf. We spent hours exploring its eclectic collection of books.

Stephen’s place was perfect for us. We had a lot of folks coming in for a work thing. The kitchen and living area was spacious and clean. The coffee maker came in handy. One of the units had a shuffle board, which we enjoyed. But the best part is that every bedroom has its own closet and bathroom. It’s almost like AirBNBing a private hotel. But better in every way. We loved it and would stay again for sure.

The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The surrounding guests were pleasant and we enjoyed our conversations. The proximity to the Tennessee river was a plus for our fishing excursion. If the opportunity to return arises, we will definitely contact Cali to help us with accommodations. Thank you

A very comfortable and accommodating place. We love that there were snacks and coffee available. Furniture and carpet was clean and plenty of dishes and everything else you could think of. Truly right in the heart of Knoxville! It was so cute and homey! The whole condo smelled like fresh clean laundry!!!!!!!! Way better than any hotel we would have picked, very relaxing! It was wonderful
