Monthly Rentals in Wealden District

All six of us commented upon the peaceful, restful stay in very comfortable accommodation. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were super comfortable. There was outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny settings. Katie was a helpful ,unobtrusive host. The whole experience was excellent and we hope to go again next season.

To say Sue is a “Superhost” is a little of an understatement. Sue went over and above to make us (my wife is in a wheelchair and we have 2 cats) feel welcome and part of the family- even to arrange a ramp to aid access to the rear garden. Having been homeless due to failed house purchase we found our stay to be a great relief. Sue has a vast knowledge of the area and its amenities. The local pub was really traditional and only 240 paces away. There are sheep, chickens and ducks at the property which all added to this delightful experience and we will certainly return.

Claire was a lovely host. She was kind and helpful and responsive to contacts made. The Nest is a really peaceful location surrounded by greenery and birdsong. Good kitchen and bathroom and lovely outside space. East Hoathly has a great little pub - very friendly landlord/lady and a wee coffee shop with excellent coffee!

Unfortunately we had no hot water but Jamie was so responsive! Would love to stay again especially with over weather to make use of the decking :)
