It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! Spacious gable apartment for a getaway in the countryside

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.
