It is a 4 star apartment, certification of the German Tourism Association, in a detached house (built in 2008) with a separate entrance and a size of 70 sqm. The apartment has * A spacious hallway with cloakroom * Bathroom with shower / bath and window (drying rack, mirror, two terry robes and hair dryer included) * Open plan kitchen with sitting area, two hobs, microwave with oven and grill, fridge-freezer, water and egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer with 4 drawers and a hatch to the living room * Living and dining room (with chair), flat screen TV, secretary; * Output from the living room to private terrace with seating for four people (a barbecue is often provided on request in summer) * Bedroom with double bed (1,80 m x 2m), and in addition a double bed (1,60 m x 2m), bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, two wardrobes (travel cot available at no extra charge) The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and fitted with electric roller shutter motors and smoke detectors in every room. The family house is located in a new residential area in a quiet, traffic-free location. The center of Merten is however easily accessible on foot in about 5 minutes. Until the next station is about 10 minutes (KVB network). The playground 100m away will delight your children, if you want to engage in a peaceful atmosphere to a good book once. The cathedral city of Cologne is only 25 minutes away, Phantasialand is only 15 minutes away. There is free parking and excellent public transport connections.

Guest apartment with view into the Eifel

The flat is on the second floor in our house. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.

Have a good time as a couple, with friends or with the whole family in a stylishly restored historic half-timbered house. Idyllically located on a small pond, surrounded by fields and tree nurseries, the charming cottage is an ideal place, not only to come to rest and relax. The soccer field within walking distance, the adjacent playground, great cycling paths and the proximity to Rheinbach are also the ideal starting point for excursions and activities for the whole family.

Welcome to our cozy 1-room vacation apartment in Swisttal-Straßfeld – ideal for 1–2 people. The separate apartment is located in our house with a private entrance; we also live here, but your privacy is guaranteed at all times. Flexible check-in via key box. The code for this will be provided on the day of arrival. With a double bed, kitchenette, Wi-Fi & private parking. Quiet location near the Eifel (15 km) and Koelnmesse (35 km) – perfect for relaxation and excursions.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Centrally located yet quiet, furnished with a lot of love for detail and pleasantly cozy – ideal for arriving and relaxing. The historic Augustusburg Castle, the train station and the city center with numerous shops, bars and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk.

Enjoy relaxing days in our wonderful two-room apartment in Euskirchen. The apartment comfortably accommodates 5 people. For a stopover or similar, it could also accommodate up to 7 people (sofa bed). The red house is located in the idyllic Veytal between Mechernich and Satzvey, directly on the eponymous Veybach. This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.
