The cathedral city of Cologne is only 25 minutes away, Phantasialand is only 15 minutes away. There is free parking and excellent public transport connections.

The flat is on the second floor in our house. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.

Idyllically located on a small pond, surrounded by fields and tree nurseries, the charming cottage is an ideal place, not only to come to rest and relax. The soccer field within walking distance, the adjacent playground, great cycling paths and the proximity to Rheinbach are also the ideal starting point for excursions and activities for the whole family.

Also available: fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and Wi-Fi, terrace, conservatory and large lawn garden.

Located in the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, about 60 m2, private entrance, in addition about 15 m2 south terrace on a large garden with old trees. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, integrated kitchen , hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can also get lost in the apartment.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.
