The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the house. A washing machine is available for longer stays

When you step out of the apartment, you are directly in the large courtyard, which is seated in the warm months and has a gentleman bar. In summer, people celebrate outside.
