The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Located in Hüttenfeld, a small suburb of Lampertheim. A village shop and a pizzeria are within walking distance. Young, friendly and uncomplicated hosts who look forward to every single guest!

The apartment is located on the edge of the vineyards overlooking the Michelberg and in the immediate vicinity of the saltworks in the beautiful climatic health resort of Bad Dürkheim. Both the city center, the spa gardens and direct access to the vineyards are a few minutes' walk away. The large Schwarzfabrik is ideally suited as a starting point for family activities, hikes and bike tours through the vineyards as well as the Palatinate Forest, which offers many refreshment stops.

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

Our exceptional tiny house is located on a large property with old trees and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Our tiny house has a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub in front of a panoramic window, a sleeping level accessible via a spiral staircase, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna in a separate building. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

Time out in the "Alte Post" OG

The apartment "Alte Post" takes its name from the original use of the premises. Around 1960, this historic building was used as a local post office and "Tante Emma" store. Now walls were pulled in, breakthroughs were created and stairs were demolished to create an ultimate living space. After an extensive and time-consuming renovation with my personal touch, I am now happy to welcome guests to one of the two apartments.
