Die 68 qm große Wohnung ist direkt an der B2 gelegen und befindet sich im ersten Stock unseres Hauses. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Bootsanlegesteg und einem Fahrrad-, und Wanderweg (Altmühlpanoramaweg). Direkter Wasserzugang, kann auch zum angeln, Kanu fahren, SUP fahren genutzt werden. Besonders beliebt ist bei unseren Urlaubern auch das Fossilien sammeln in den Hobbysteinbrüchen. Entspannung findet sich in der neu sanierten Altmühltherme in Treuchtlingen mit Saunabereichen und Poolbar.

Es sind zwei Zimmer für vier Personen plus Kleinkind geeignet. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, ein großes Schlafsofa und ein Einzelbett im 2. Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.
