Collecting fossils in the hobby quarries is particularly popular with holidaymakers. Relaxation can be found in the Altmühltherme in Treuchtlingen.

Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.
