Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
