Unsere Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Burg Colmberg und dem Golfplatz entfernt. Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Das Tinyhaus mit Blick auf die Pferdekoppel ist auf unserem historischen Hof vor den Toren Nürnbergs. Es verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit 2er Induktionfeld, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Trobolo Trenntoilette (genial, keine Geruchsbelästigung). Das Doppelbett 160 x 200 cm ist über eine Leiter erreichbar und das gemütliche Sofa mit Kamin runden den Wohnraum ab. Nur Outdoor Spüli/Shampoo erlaubt. Kamin und Feuerstelle nach Absprache.

Right outside the door you can take a nice walk to the Bismarck Tower. Within 10 - 15 minutes you can walk to the city center. The apartment is fully equipped for 2-5 people.
