A very spacious house with a large kitchen, dining and living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms awaits you. Dogs are welcome. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking trails and the Ahrsteig passes by the front door. The Nürburgring, Lake Freilingen for swimming and other attractions can be reached in less than an hour.

Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Kinderzimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine geräumige Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und Gäste WC gehören zur Ausstattung. Das Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Bei Bedarf können wir 2 weitere Schlafplätze mit privatem Eingang und Bad anbieten.. Die Fahrzeit zum Ring beträgt ca. 20 Minuten.

Leider haben wir kein Wohnzimmer in der Wohnung. Nahe Ausflugsziele: Nürburgring, Ahrtal, Lampertstal, Burgruine Aremberg, Freilinger See und Drei-Mühlen-Wasserfall.

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Das Ferienhaus ist seit 60 Jahren in Familienbesitz. Die Einrichtung ist absolut individuell eingerichtet und zu nahezu jedem Möbelstück gibt es eine Geschichte. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen und lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wanderwege und Mountainbike-Trails beginnen praktisch vor der Haustür. Eichenbach ist ein malerisches 70-Einwohner Dorf mit einem Gasthaus. Der Nürburgring und Adenau sind 15 Fahrminuten entfernt, das Ahrtal etwa 3 km.
