The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Our house (historical, renovated half-timbered house) is located near (approx. 9km) from Bad Münstereifel, where there is a large swimming area in addition to the outlet. Our accommodation is good for couples, families with children and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome. Directly behind the house you are ideal in the countryside, ideal for hiking and walking. The house also has a small garden for sunbathing and barbecuing. The bedrooms and bathrooms can only be reached via stairs.

Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen und lädt dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wanderwege und Mountainbike-Trails beginnen praktisch vor der Haustür. Eichenbach ist ein malerisches 70-Einwohner Dorf mit einem Gasthaus. Der Nürburgring und Adenau sind 15 Fahrminuten entfernt, das Ahrtal etwa 3 km.
