Jimmy’s place is charming and comfortable. It’s quiet even though it’s on a main street. It’s close to restaurants and a short short walk to the beach is amazing! Jimmy is also quick to accommodate for any questions I had, which was much appreciated. He made sure I successfully checked in. If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

Vic’s place was great! The location was perfect, we loved strolling with our 5 month old on the marina promenade. We were able to spend an hour at the pool (smallish, but the pool deck is very swanky, felt like an upscale hotel), and our baby had his first “swim” there! The apartment was the perfect size for us two adults and the baby, and Vic had a pack and play already set up. The living room/kitchen is one large open space, and my sister and her fiance (who live right around the corner, our reason for choosing Vic’s place) and my mom were able to come over and we all fit very comfortably for a casual dinner. We loved taking our son out on the patio and he liked to watch the cars go by. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

Loved staying here! It was very clean and comfortable, well cared for and beautiful furnishings. The bed was comfy and the pillows and linen were fresh and clean, the outdoor area including a pool and gym is amazing. It has a whashing machine and dryer and a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. I highly recommend and would stay again. The host is very nice and quick to respond. Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

We booked a stay for my in-laws. They raved about their stay and said they were ready to book all future stays at Jackson Market. The studio is beautifully designed, very clean, and comfortable. Nicholas was extremely responsive, friendly, and welcoming. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from downtown Culver City. The courtyard is serene and beautiful, with plenty of seating. The market is both delicious and convenient for coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner! We will be booking all our family's stays at Jackson Market going forward! Thank you Fawaz and Nicholas for a lovely stay.

This was my second stay at Barbara’s apartment in LA, and this time I stayed there with my husband and daughter. Once again, Barbara and Gunther were welcoming and responsive, and their little cat Mau-Mau was a sweetie. I will definitely check to see if this space is available any time I am planning to visit LA. It is an amazing deal.

this is our third time staying at elizabeth’s place and we’ll definitely be back a fourth time! the airbnb itself is lovely, absolutely a great place to rest and relax. the kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked-(which is completely unnecessary but very appreciated) and elizabeth herself is a delight. the airbnb is a very short walk from downtown, and the walk is gorgeous. can’t recommend this spot highly enough.

Neal's apartment felt like a second home from the moment my son and I walked in! This welcoming one-bedroom is filled with beautiful plants (as a huge Pothos fan, I was in heaven!), and you can tell Neal has put thoughtful details into every corner of his humble and pristine space. The location is fantastic - quiet, safe neighborhood that felt perfect for a mother-son getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and Neal was an excellent host, making sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. My only tiny suggestion would be adding a few more spices to the kitchen - a little garlic salt, Adobo, or paprika never hurt anybody! 😊 But honestly, that's being picky because everything else was perfect. Fun coincidence: Back in 2017 when I worked in pharma, one of my clients was Kite, whose HQ is right around the way from Neal's place. Small world! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, Neal!

There’s not too much to do within walking distance, but I very much enjoyed running to and sitting down for a cup of coffee at The Little Marionette. The apartment is a bit cluttered but otherwise cozy, comfortable and clean.

We love staying in this building for its location--so close to all links for public transport, and easy walk to coffee places and restaurants. Brandon was very responsive to our questions. All the basics are topnotch--good hot water, comfortable mattress, great HVAC, etc. The kitchen has basic cooking stuff. Be aware that it is on the third floor and on weekday mornings the garbage truck comes early to the alley just outside the window; it wasn't a problem for us but if you need to sleep late, keep that mind. We would definitely come back on a future visit!

Host is very responsive, had a small hiccup at check in but all was resolved with good communication. Good value for the property. The place itself has a great view, the building is great and while I thought the fob for elevator to be over much, I was quickly convinced that s something every building in the area should do. Random thoughts if you need to run to CVS don't go to the one in the corner, go down two blocks and it's normal self check out etc.

It was a really good stay, the neighborhood was really peaceful and serene. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with enough room for storage. Overall great time spent there. Jorge is a great host, very responsive!

Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.

Very cool apartment with minimal check out instructions which I loved. The views were incredible and the interior decor was very unique and beautiful done.
