This beautiful, modern studio with AC, and washer/dryer is located in Culver City, California. The studio offers complete privacy and isolation while being in a ten-mile radius of the top locations in Los Angeles; including many beaches (3 miles), UCLA, (3 miles), Universal Studios(8 miles); and much more! Perfect affordable stay for tourists. Many amenities included to maximize comfort! We have recently upgraded landscaping and made like a resort kind of experience for our guests. Pics posted.

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

A quaint 2BR-1Bath is 1,000 sq. ft. with heater, a big HD TV, Netflix, internet, a dining table for four, one large refrigerator, and a kitchen with complete cooking essentials. One bedroom has a queen-size bed with air-con unit and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds, a queen-sized air mattress, and two air cooler units. (1) off-street parking spot. STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Quiet time is 9:30 pm. A $500 fine for smoking violation. Guests can use the front yard to smoke.
