It’s a very lovely and very bright 4.5 rooms/110sm apartment in the trendy Seefeld in Zürichs district 8. It’s located two minutes from the lake, one minute from the tram station and from stores. It has several restaurants close by. It has a fully equipped kitchen,two bedrooms, dining room, bathroom with bathtub and a living room with beamer, 3mx2.10 projection screen, IPTV (but no guarantee, all works well with tv-programm/home cinema, sometimes it struggles). We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.
