Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

Ein ganz besonderes Apartment in Traumlage mit Blick aufs Bamberger Rathaus, stilvoll mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Das Vorderhaus wurde anno 1530 errichtet, die Wasserseite folgte 1640. Ursprünglich ein Fachwerkhaus, das während der Barockisierungsphase im 17. Jh. verputzt wurde. Die Fassade wurde 05.2026 mit viel Liebe zum detail Restauriert und erstrahlt nun wieder im vollen Glanz neben dem Rathaus. Das Haus wurde 1968 von meinen Großeltern erworben, davor war es 200 Jahre eine Apotheke.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen fränkischen Bauernhof, am Waldrand im schönsten Gebiet der fränkischen Schweiz. In der Engelschanze befinden sich 2 separate Wohnungen, die aber auch als Einheit für 8-10 Personen gebucht werden können. Der große Garten kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.

The newly built apartment is located on the outskirts of Breitenlesau and is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes in Franconian Switzerland. The Gasthaus Krug is within walking distance. The spacious rooms offer enough space for groups and families. The quiet location right next to meadows and fields invites you to relax. The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard and offers everything you need for cooking and living. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed.
