In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The accommodation is located in the village of Großhaslach, a district of the municipality of Petersaurach. The Way of St. James passes directly next to the apartment. There is a local bakery (Bäckerei Peipp) and a butcher shop (Metzgerei Geyer). Here you will find great quality at reasonable prices. Distance about 3 minutes on foot. The B14 (Nuremberg-Ansbach) as well as several S-Bahn stops (Petersaurach Nord, Wicklesgreuth, Heilsbronn) are within approx. 5 minutes by car.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. "Heimatselig" is located in the idyllic town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, nestled in the beautiful Franconian lake district. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

It is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately no pets are allowed. The apartment is located in a district of Lichtenau, which is 2 km away. There are shops, restaurants, a golf course and an outdoor pool.
