Your apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and the 2,000 sqm natural garden. You enter the apartment through a large wind trap that delimits the hallway in the living area with another door. On the right is the second bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (a total of 3 beds). Next to it the main bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and large sink, all bright tiled. Opposite you will find the dressing room with a gigantic fitted wardrobe. Through the hallway you pass a storage room into the main living area. A bright, modern, fully equipped kitchen-living room with 4-burner ceramic hob and 2-burner gas hob, oven, large refrigerator, modern dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. invites you to cook together, comfortably. A generous „collection surium“ of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories is also available. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table (extendable) for up to 8 people. Live cooking is therefore guaranteed. :-) The living room is also integrated into the kitchen and offers a very cozy atmosphere with 2 sofas, satellite TV (48 inch LCD TV), hifi boxes for iPhone/Android/iPod (beastly loud and with full bass). Speaking of cozy: A fireplace is also at your disposal. And if you are not attracted to music and television, we also have a few board games available (chessboard, etc.) The cosy master bedroom with extra shower room and toilet is located in the rear area and has a very, very back-friendly double bed with metal-free slatted frames, new, continuous mattress. If you can't fall asleep, or you don't want to get up, we have a 32-inch TV connected to a satellite. Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are also available in the laundry room on the ground floor. You can also „air dry" your laundry in the laundry room. Table, chairs and barbecue are available on the terrace and invite you to relax in the evenings. Campfires in the garden are also possible! In the back of the garden there is a swing for the little ones; or not quite as small ;-) Since this is a dead end, we hardly have any car traffic here either! Location ====================== Your apartment is far from any hustle and bustle. Right behind the house begins the forest that you can explore for yourself. Whether on foot, on horseback, on bike. In the morning you are awakened by the birds. Or the cows. If you like, you can still drive to all Ruhr metropolises (Cologne, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Essen, etc.) within a maximum of 60 minutes by car and have access to the world there. For example, you can go exploring via the train station in Oberbrügge (about 8km). The regional train will take you to Dortmund Central Station. From Marineheide (approx. 18km) another regional train will take you to the Cologne main train station. The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Business people can relax well in the great surroundings after a strenuous working day and enjoy the view.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).

The apartment in our single-family house you rent for yourself. Here we have connected a new router. Now there is the latest WiFi technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40 x2m) and walk-in closet. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Very quiet, idyllic apartment in Hückeswagen

We are very quiet and idyllic on the outskirts of Hückeswagen/Remscheid-Lennep, in a residential street, right by the forest. Bed linen, towels and very good basic equipment are of course provided. The Bergische Panoramasteig for hikers is right outside the front door, as well as the entrance and exit to the Bergische Panorama bike path. Pets are very welcome by arrangement and for a fee (10 euros/night/animal).
