The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. We rent to non-smokers a renovated 2-room apartment with about 48 m² (when occupied by one person) or 3 rooms with about 63 m² (when occupied by 2 people or more, an additional bedroom). The apartment is located in Mainburg on the ground floor of a two-family house built in 1960. Mainburg is located in the Hallertau hop cultivation area. The cities Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt,MUC are about 30 or 45 minutes away by car. Munich can be reached in about 75 km.

Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)
