Alltägliches wie Herd, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche usw. sind vorhanden. Im Lädchen im Hof können Brötchen, Müsli, Nudeln u. v. m. erworben werden. Außerdem bietet das Café (im EG) ein vielseitiges, sehr gelobtes Frühstück (9€/Person, 4,5€/Kind, Kleinkinder kostenfrei).
