Wir bieten Ihnen eine schöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit ca. 60qm an, die frisch saniert ist und sehr zentral in Wuppertal-Elberfeld liegt. Es ist sehr stilvoll und komplett neu eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett und mit einem Kaffeevollautomat ausgestattet. Von hier aus erreicht man sehr schnell die Innenstadt sowie HBF. Den Botanischen Garten und Elisenturm erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 min.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment (40 square meters) is in a well-kept condition. We look forward to seeing you here in W.-Vohwinkel and hope that you have a pleasant stay. We have already prepared some things for your visit. For the first day you will find coffee, tea, water, spices, pasta, tomato sauce, etc. in the kitchen cupboard. If you have sunny weather, you are also welcome to have a barbecue on the terrace. A small charcoal grill and charcoal are available for you.

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

About 15 minutes walking distance from Elberfeld train station and city center, the separately accessible apartment is located in the DG of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest. It has Wi-Fi, sat TV, DVD player DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (wallbox 22 kW) for electric cars. If other check-in/check-out times are required, please inquire in person.
