Diese schöne, vollausgestattete Altbau-Wohnung befindet sich im 1 Stock, in ruhiger Lage, Nahe der Messe und Innenstadt. Auf 5 Zimmern auf 170qm, zwei Balkons und einem gemütlichen Wintergarten haben Sie die Möglichkeit sich zu entspannen.2018 wurde das große Badezimmer komplett renoviert. Im Wohnzimmer haben Sie eine offene Küche, mit viel Platz und einem Kamin. In der gesamten Wohnung befindet sich Stuck. Haustiere sind erlaubt. Bei Anreise wird eine Steuer erhoben pro Pers. Pro Nacht 3€.

Unsere gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit 2 Schlafsofas, SAT-TV, Essecke und einer Küchenzeile mit Backofen und Geschirrspülmaschine. Außerdem stehen Ihnen ein Schlafraum mit 2 Betten und ein Duschbad zur Verfügung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind natürlich im übernachtungspreis enthalten. Genießen Sie den Blick ins Grüne. An warmen Tagen können Sie auf dem Balkon sitzen und die Seele baumeln lassen.

The accommodation is about 200 square meters over two floors and is located in the preferred Bochum-Weitmar in a good location. The apartment is of high standard and tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen, as well as the conservatory are not the only highlights. The apartment is suitable for families, small groups and business people. In about 100 meters is a bus stop. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes.

Cozy holiday apartment, central, quiet location. The pretty apartment in a half-timbered house has its own entrance and everything you need for everyday life. WLAN, TV, coffee, tea are available to our guests. Popular destinations, supermarkets are in the vicinity. The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.

Idyllic overnight stay in a teepee tent

Camping with comfort and generous space in beautiful nature, just a 5-minute walk to the lake. You have a large teepee with a comfortable mattress and barbecue area. Sanitary facilities may have to be shared with covered wagon guests. Blankets and bedding are provided. The lake invites you to swim, boat or stand-up paddle. The Bergisches Land also invites you to hike. You can also chill all day in the meadow while barbecuing ;-)

Due to the spacious layout, the accommodation is suitable for couples as well as for longer stays for four.

Mobile Shipping Container In Horse Farm

Our trailer, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer accommodation services, keeping it completely mobile - while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
