Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Hello, we look forward to having you at our farm! You'll be staying in a 1-room apartment in the outbuilding of the main house. Our farm is a 500 year old, restored Franconian farm (monument). Relax in this special and quiet home with its own kitchen and bathroom. Our dog Zahra will greet you happily, so it would be good if you like dogs and horses, because they also live here at the farm. A camper parking space is available if necessary.

Charging and Storage for e-bikes is available. In nice weather, it is possible to barbecue in the garden. Franconian wine country is ideal for bike tours. Our family dog (Golden Retriever) Isa is looking forward to nice guests.

You can relax and watch TV on the large couch after visiting Würzburg, playing cards on the wooden table, or just sit in the small terrace and relax. It is the perfect mix between the proximity to the city and a quiet place to relax :)

The stylishly furnished apartment is located directly on the Main with a view of the fortress Marienberg, the Käppele and the Alte Mainbrücke, in the so-called small Bischofshut, the former right Main old town of Würzburg. It is about 300 meters to the town hall and the beginning of the pedestrian zone, the Würzburg Residenz is within 8-10 minutes walking distance. A tram stop is just 150m away.

Spielplatz, Bäcker und Restaurants sowie ein Wäldchen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die neue Einbauküche (Juli 2025) mit Backofen und Kühlschrank lädt auch zu längeren Aufenthalten ein.
