Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Xàbia

Mariela's house is amazing. We spent an amazing weekend hanging out at their swimming pool, having nice outdoor meals, etc. I highly recommend it to spend time with friends or family, and we'll definitely consider it again if we come back to the area. They even allowed us to have a late checkout, which allowed us to maximize the weekend.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of five. The house was very clean, extensive and lovingly furnished. The fantastic view is absolutely amazing!!! We loved to admire the sunrise over the sea every morning at breakfast. Roland is very friendly and helpful. We were able to contact him at any time and he even supported us with bookings for activities! Thank you for the great time and we look forward to coming back next year ☺️

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

Emily's villa is absolutely beautiful Very stylish and easily accommodated our family of 9 with everything anybody could possibly want on a villa holiday. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and there were lots of amusements for children, both in and out of the water. Handily, there is a very good supermarket ten minutes walk away which was open every day until 9.00. We didnt hire a car and used taxis where necessary.

We had an amazing stay!! It’s a lovely house and garden where you can cool off in the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Javier is an amazing host and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!!

Wonderful stay for 7 nights. The casa was beautiful with amazing views, our family of 4 felt at home for the week. Serge & Wampie were wonderful hosts, great communicators and very accommodating, they could not have been better hosts. They gave amazing tips for local restaurants for the family, places to go and see and where to go for local shops. The area had amazing views, a car is a must if you have kids. The home had beautiful gardens and an amazing bbq area. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. We cant wait to go back!

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

The house has the best views of Calpe and there is a path along the coast that takes you to the beach. We would definitely come back.

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

We had a very happy time with all my family at Mane's house. The property is very comfortable and well thought out for a perfect stay. All appliances, beds, bedding, kitchen and kitchen utensils are of good quality. The pool is a good size and is very well maintained. The house is very quiet and the forest view is very relaxing. The house has three spacious bedrooms on one floor. Two of them have no air conditioning, only fans. We did not get hot, but in the ad this circumstance is not clear and I think it should be specified because in summer Jávea is very hot. The master bedroom does have air conditioning and a bathroom en suite. On the other hand, the garden is spacious but is much less cared for than what you see in the house listing. Despite these details, I would recommend Mane's house for a great vacation

It is hard not to fall in love with this spectacular property and the endearing Amparo. The house enjoys an absolutely spectacular setting and we loved everything about our stay here. It’s a really characterful property with lots of lovely, unique touches. We felt very fortunate to stay somewhere that’s such a part of a family legacy. The location was perfect for us. Cala Blanca is stunning and we loved our daily dip in the sheltered cove as well as being able to stroll to Arenal beach and its bars and restaurants. On Amparo’s recommendation we also hiked up and around to Creu del Portixol viewpoint and on to Cala Barraca/ Portixol cove. Nothing was too much trouble, Amparo shared lots of helpful recommendations of places to eat out too.

Wow what a beautiful home, to fall in love with! Everything has been thought of, we felt wonderfully at home. It is almost a shame to leave the house and explore the area. Contact with Loraine is quick and easy. We would have liked to stay a few days longer!

Absolutely gorgeous villa, beautiful grounds and in a peaceful location. Our children loved the pool and ping pong table. Quick and easy drive to all the amenities that Javea has to offer. Very clear and helpful instructions from Emma and Pierre. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. We would definitely book again.

Given that most of the time you spend at a Villa is outside, then it's nice to have an attractive garden, but Rob's garden was lovely - Beautiful oleanders in full bloom, a lovely old and gnarled olive tree and a very good swimming pool, with plenty of places to get some shade. The outside fridge was very handy for an emergency beer at around midday! The easy parking for 2 4x4 cars in the shade was a real bonus. The parking was also very secure, as was the rest of the property. The kitchen had all the amenities you could ask for, including a massive fridge and equally sized freezer. All spotlessly clean, with a very efficient dishwasher. There were 5 adults and a toddler in our group. I would say that 3 couples and 2 children would be the ideal fit, although there is a pull-out bed for a 3rd child. The walk to then old town was pleasant, lined with orange groves and took 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. We tried 5 different restaurants and they were all to a very good standard.

Everything was immaculate – both inside and out – and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The layout and amenities were ideal for a mixed-age group, with plenty of space to come together or unwind in peace. The pool area was a real highlight – the perfect size, with sun all day and those breathtaking views over the sea and Calpe’s Peñón de Ifac. We spent countless hours just enjoying the scenery with meals and drinks outdoors. We really appreciated how close the villa is to supermarkets and beaches – just a short drive away – and having two cars was very helpful. The electric gates and ample parking made everything super convenient and secure. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your villa to others! Thanks again.
