This apartment is spacious and incredible. In a brand new building and everything was so nice. Looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend staying here!

Loved my stay at Pablo’s! The room is small but literally had everything you can think of when you are away from home in the quiet area of Aldea Zama. The Akua building amenities were excellent: co-working space, gym, shared laundry and a beautiful rooftop with a pool, good WiFi connection and sunset views. Would stay again!

Estuvimos súper contentos por la habitación y la ubicación, cerca del supermercado y del Centro. Limpio y el espacio adecuado. La piscina impecable.

We’ve had many great Airbnb hosts, but Claudia took hospitality to a new level. The condo was lovely as were evenings on the balcony. The king bed was very comfortable and air conditioning top notch. The pretty property was quiet and felt very safe, and the friendly concierge staff was welcoming. The pool areas were beautiful and spacious. We were surprised by the nice shopping area, close-by, for groceries, pharmacy, clothing and much more. We had wondered how we would do without an oven over our 2-month stay. as we prepare many meals for our special diet. We have never owned a toaster oven, but we SOON will. We quickly learned its value by the fabulous meals we prepared. The gorgeous beaches cannot be beat; however, beach clubs have a daily price. We walked, biked and taxi’d to the beach, finally taking the Collectivo (a shared ride van) with pickup and drop-off near the condo. We so enjoyed this property and its owner and cannot imagine anyone not feeling as thankful as we do.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de banco, supermercado, Oxxo y a unas cuadras de la 5ta avenida, Pedro fue muy atento desde el inicio, siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitáramos y aclarando cualquier duda.

El alojamiento se encuentra bien ubicado, las camas son muy cómodas y cuenta con todos los servicios para una estancia muy confortable. 100% recomendable 👌

Gabriela and Marius were extremely responsive, and this was just such an amazing way to spend a Tulum trip. They had recommendations for us for places to go, hooked us up with a scooter that we could rent by the day (which i would highly recommend to avoid taxis), and helped facilitate cleaning the apartment and pool because I stayed for 11 days. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to hang out every night and watch the stars. The amenities were great, I used the pool, gym and sauna almost every day. This was definitely an amazing place to stay in tulum off the beaten path but easily accessible to all the Tulum things you would want

This a beautiful home. Matches everything shown with the photos. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home is around a developing neighborhood. During the weekdays, it will be loud construction noise starting in the early mornings. The roads surrounding the home are unpaved and muddy but that’s apart of being in Tulum, Mexico. Definitely recommend to others to book. Inside the gates is amazing, outside the gates factors are out of your control.

What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

It was a wonderful vacation. Solitude with nature and complete relaxation 🥰

Casablanca is stunning--worthy of a spread in Architectural Digest with high ceilings,tall wooden doors,patterned tile floors,antique carpets and furniture-- all further enlivened by Steve's vibrant oil paintings. On our arrival Sanda and Steve were outside to greet us. The welcome was extended by the provision of fresh fruit, vegetables,eggs,bread, milk,wine--a bounty of goodies. Relaxing in the pool in the serene garden was so delightful. Thank you Steve and Sanda for sharing the paradise of Casablanca with us!

Le logement de Sofia était tout simplement parfait. Une propreté irréprochable. Un lieu calme et intime. Il y avait tout dans le logement pour plaire à une petite famille. Jeux, livres, écran géant, popcorn, etc. C'est un logement qui est très réconfortant, car nous avons eu une parfaite communication avec Sofia. Elle s'est occupée de réserver une voiture pour nous avec un prix très compétitif. Elle nous a donné plusieurs recommandations de lieux et de restaurants. C'était vraiment apprécié. Finalement, nous avons été en mesure de profiter du rooftop avec une piscine et un BBQ. Ce fût un moment très agréable, car le coucher de soleil était tout simplement magnifique. Un beau souper en famille et un coucher de soleil, c'est une soirée parfaite.

Gran anfitriona, en un agradable alojamiento que cumple con la descripción que se menciona. Pamela siempre se mostró atenta y dio muy buenas referencias en cuanto a la llegada al condominio, actividades recreativas por hacer en la zona, manera de trasladarse y el uso de todas las amenidades dentro del condominio. Sin duda alguna regresaremos por la gran experiencia que nos dejó esta visita. Gracias ✨

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

Un lugar muy bonito y confortable, la piscina agradable vista preciosa; en el departamento disfrutamos mucho del jacuzzi; solo no había nada de artículos aunque Alex muy amablemente se ofreció a proveer de artículos ademas de darnos un excelente trato. Me volvería hospedar sin duda en este lugar.

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Whole building offers luxurious amenities, all staff is super friendly and nice. Unit is beautiful, fresh and very bright! Communication between us and Carlos was 15/10! Every little concern or question we had - everything was resolved within minutes with outstanding care! This was our 3rd time in Playa and hands down this was the best accommodation we had. We definitely will be back!

Muy agradable y cómodo el departamento, la ubicación es formidable, a pasos del centro comercial La Isla, en general fue una excelente estancia.

Excellent location, everything was exactly as described & shown on the photos. Roof top pool was fabulous. Wish that drinking water was provided although the Chedraui was very close. Someone had mentioned about noise from construction but it was at the end of the road & never bothered us, very quiet at night.
