Holiday rentals with breakfast in Zell am See

The accommodation is in a great location directly at the Steinplatte ski area! (Approximately 5 minutes by car, free parking). The room is well equipped and has direct access to the large balcony. The breakfast room is also available in the evening where you can cook. Roswitha welcomed us warmly, gave us tips and really took care of everything! Very nice! Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning! We would love to come back anytime and can recommend the accommodation and Roswitha as host Wärmsteins!

Great location. Everything is available on foot. Also to the ski lift no problem. Very much recommended.

Everything was great!

The stay was great, the room was small but cozy, better than the photos suggest. The house is very nice. Claudia is extremely helpful, flexible and very friendly. Thanks to her, everything was just right for me and I had a stress-free stay. I'd love to come back.

Walburga and her husband were very kind, we were welcomed as a member of the family. The breakfast were excellent included home made jams, cheese and grapes, many kind of hams and salamis. Finally Walburga encouraged us to make sandwiches for our tour on Isel trail.

I can recommend this accomodation. The owners are very nice and friendly.

The apartment is as described, very spacious and extremely clean. Very warm inside, although the weather was cold. The surroundings are stunning, the mountain walks just outside the door. The kids - but the adukta also - absolutely loved the very friendly farm animals, it was the tip top of our stay. The place is a bit isolated, reachable by car, but the road to get there is very steep and narrow. We travelled with a van so we had to be very careful, but if it snows heavily, you deffinitely need wheel chains. Probably no issue during summertime. The effort is well wothed, though. We are staying at this airbnb with 5 people. 3 adults and 2 children. First time for us in Austria and it was great. The location was super you can go to other cities and is not too far away. The host were very friendly. Everything was clean and cared for. Furthermore, it is quiet location. When we go back to Austria, we will definitely go to this airbnb.

The host was very accommodating, always had a good tip for things to do. If questions came up, they would always have good advice. Overall, just top, always happy to travel there.

I spent 3 days at this hotel and loved it. Already at check-in, I was warmly welcomed – the staff was consistently friendly, professional and always helpful. My room was cozy, clean and very comfortably furnished, with everything you need to feel right at home. I want to highlight the breakfast: rich, fresh and with a great selection , for both sweet and savoury connoisseurs

We all loved our stay here and will definitely be back! Beautiful views, lots for our children to do, peaceful, ski in & out, absolutely perfect!

I was very pleased to stay with Jan. He was very helpful and proactive, and reply very fast to all my questions before and after booking. The appointment itself is very convenient, close to everything, modern and cosy. There were enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. We were not disturbed by the noise from road, and sleep with open windows, as apartment is from opposite side of the house. We also used a meal in Praha restaurant - breakfast and dinner was ok for that price, and we appreciate that there is a possibility to eat near, although I would prefer to have more late time for breakfast and dinner (breakfast ends at 10.00, dinner 19.30). I can definitely recommend this place as a great option for price and value.

Here, for example, the recommendation for the delicious breakfast buffet in Kranzbichlhof (very easy to reach on foot) should be mentioned. Kristin's B&B is an amazing place to stay. Kristin is the best host ever. The bedroom was wonderful, with a nice balcony and clean! The breakfast was excellent and extensive. Highly recommended!

This is a great hotel. Peaceful, cosy and clean. We slept really well! Location couldn't be better - ski bus stops almost right across the road, Eurospar just few steps away and Stubnerkogel gondola and Felsentherme spa only maybe 200 meters away. Every morning we had a good breakfast, got our skis from the hotel's ski room and then some serious skiing. Polite and friendly service all the time. My husband said that also the sauna was good, and that's a lot coming from a finn;) Definitely coming back someday!

I was looking for affordable place to stay near Saalbach-Hinterglemm during the FIS alpine world championship. I found it at Hans´s place. Hans and Corrine were great hosts, Hans picked me up with his car when I arrived to the train stationand gave me good recommendations about the local bus transport. His house is Schuttdorf - 5 minutes by bus from the Zell am See tran station. Room and facilities were very clean. There is a breakfast in the morning (included in the price). The neighborhood is very quiet, and you need 5-10 minutes by bus to reach Zell am See (depends where are you going to). Nearest bus station is 8 minutes of waking from Hans´s house. If you are looking for affordable place to eat, I can recommend grill pub Papa Joes which is 10 minutes of walking from Hans´s house. Big and tasty pizzas,burgers and sausages. It looks pretty ordinary from the outside, but the quality of food, portion size and price is great for such an expensive destination as Zell am See is.

A wonderful stay. Beautiful view from the windows on the surrounding mountains, valleys, and villages. Very clean and nicely renovated, and the theatrical theme makes this place truly a unique stay. The rooms are well equipped and very well designed, making you feel comfortable and making the room feel spacious and modern. A great place - highly recommend it!

Amazing location with a great breakfast buffet.

Thanks for hosting me. It was a quick stay, but I enjoyed it. Roman’s partner was very friendly and welcoming. The place was perfect, all activities in Kaprun and Zell am see are within driving distance.
