Very nice housing! Can really recommend!

Beautiful house and equipped with every comfort. Covered parking, sauna, private ski room and the kitchen and bathrooms with every comfort! We were very lucky with an early book price so the price/quality ratio was really very good. Hey contact with the host via Airbnb and with the manager on site went very well and quickly. In terms of location, a nice central place between the Wildkogel ski resort and Zillertal Arena. Also the Krimml waterfall very close. In short, this accommodation is recommended if you don't mind not being right on the slopes.

It was a great chalet. We were 7 adults and it was ideal with the 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of space at the dining table. Unfortunately, due to the location around this time of year, there is almost no sun on the terrace and on the balcony, the chalets next to us have more sun.

Located in the beautiful mountains, perfect for hiking. When the weather is nice, the view is very nice. To all drivers: It gets curvy, steep and sometimes a few cows join the road :) All in all it was a perfect holiday for us.

If you want to really switch off, I can only recommend this farmhouse to you! We felt completely comfortable here from the first moment. The house dates from 1770 and has its very own distinctive charm. There is an incredible amount of space: e.g. a billiard room for social evenings, a fireplace where you want to read for hours or play games, a very spacious and cozy kitchen, and even a sauna. The many bedrooms are perfect to retreat when needed – especially with children or in changeable weather a real plus. We really enjoyed heating with the wood-burning stoves – that makes the whole house even more cozy. The kids were in heaven too! Goats, sheep, ponies, chickens and rabbits (which you were also allowed to feed!) The location is also just perfect: Beautiful hiking and mountain tours start right outside the door. It was a great time for us - we'll definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay in Hollersbach im Pinzgau! We have been skiing holidays with many friends for years. This year we were a total of 15 people and 4 children. The place was excellent! From the quiet location (but also only 5 minutes by car to the lift) with 50m distance to the Sahnealm (delicious food, highly recommended!) to the great room layout, which is outstanding especially for families with children. The lounge area is on the ground floor, all bedrooms on the upper floors. This also allows you to be louder downstairs even though the children are sleeping. The Sahnealm staff are also responsible for the accommodation, which made communication easier. The house is very already equipped with spacious, well-divided rooms (almost each with its own bathroom), a large kitchen with and cozy living room. Overall a very nice stay, we have already booked again for next year!

We stayed with 8 adults and 3 children in the house. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was so well equipped. A little more choice of pots/pans and bowls would have been nice but we were able to eat very well. The garden and terrace were spacious and provided plenty of room for us. Unfortunately, it was not clear in the photos that in the meantime some houses were still built in the immediate vicinity and thus the property is not as spacious as expected in the photos. But all in all, we were very much at peace and can only recommend it.

A beautiful accommodation that delivers what the pictures promise! The apartment is excellently equipped, including two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso) and a great sauna. Located on the outskirts, you can start hiking directly. The restaurants in the neighboring towns were probably closed during the week due to the low season, but the great kitchen is perfect for self-catering. The landlords are proactive in trying to give us a nice and smooth stay and have regularly asked if everything is okay. In addition, the caretaker service clarified in advance how the rooms should be divided and took over the handover of keys. It was a very relaxing holiday, which we like to think back to and we would come back!

Excellent place for family vacation! Good for family with kids. Great Value for money! Very good location! Next to main street! Parking space is good! Host is responsive and cooperative!

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in a perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, good amenities that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and his family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week flew by. Thank you for that! :)

The house is well furnished for a group of people who know each other. The kitchen is surprisingly well furnished with dishes and amenities. A super oven, fridge, and two dishwashers are well sized for a large group of people.

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We'll be happy to come back!

The accommodation was very nice, clean and in a great location. Grill and hair dryer were available against expectations. The surcharge we paid for Belvilla's administrative expenses was a bit high. Could have been avoided privately with the direct landlord We'd love to go back there.
